Your Talent

  • University degree, or similar education in business with marketing and sales focus.

  • 3 years work experience in a Sales, preferable in Lifestyle or Sports industry.

  • Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office product family, SAP knowledge will be a plus.

  • Analytical skills to understand the business and identify key drivers and opportunities.

  • Dynamic, energetic individual with passion for the PUMA brand.

  • Passion for fashion and trends.

  • Well Organized and with high decision-making attitude.

  • Oriented to Qualitative and Quantitative results.

  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills both verbal and written.

Your Mission

The role is to grow market share within a designated field (select) account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while increasing client satisfaction.

Sales Execution:

  • Accountable for the preparation, planning and delivery sales presentations.

  • Accountable for selling to field accounts through “Futures” and “At-Once” business.

  • Manage cancellations, closeout and prop sales.

  • Measure performance against goal through seasonal sales reports.

  • Identify product opportunities and execute product strategies.

  • Manage and prepare samples.

Planning:

  • Work with the manager to develop account base plans.

  • For designated accounts develop ad-hoc plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.

  • Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

Account Management:

  • Accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information together with the Customer Service Team.

  • Work with accounts and Finance on credit issues and concerns.

  • Be active on identifying local market trends and competitors position.

  • Work close to Marketing to identify account needs and sell-out tools that will support business growth as well as brand positioning.

Your Mission

En PUMA estamos buscando un/a Sales Associate en nuestro córner ubicado en ECI Castellana (Madrid) para trabajar los domingos a una jornada de 8h/semanales. Tus responsables principales serán:
·Asegurar un desempeño individual que consistentemente alcance o exceda metas de venta, KPIs y rentabilidad, a través de los valores de la marca PUMA.
·Proveer altos estándares de experiencia al cliente en la tienda, en concordancia con nuestros valores.
·Apoyar en el procesamiento de la entrada y salida de producto de la tienda.
·Realizar la reposición de mercancía, de acuerdo con la venta generada.
·Garantizar la ejecución y el mantenimiento de todas las pautas visuales, así como garantizar que la presentación visual de la tienda siempre cumpla o supere los estándares de PUMA.
·Asistir y completar exitosamente todas las formaciones requeridas para el rol.
·Apoyar en la correcta implementación de actividades promocionales en la tienda.
·Mantener la condición física de la tienda de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento de tienda en forma oportuna.
·Asegurar la prevención de pérdida de productos en la tienda, a través del cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de PUMA.

Your Talent

  • Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Professional: 3–5 years in Sales within Sportswear, Lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

  • MS Office Skills: SAP and Power BI are strong assets.

  • Strong analytical and commercial skills with data-driven mindset.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish

Your Mission

The purpose of this role is to grow market share within a key industry client by acquiring new business, increasing existing client spend, and boosting client satisfaction. Aligned with the new sales culture, the SAL will operate as a core actor in a cross-functional team model, supporting seamless GTM execution, data-driven decision-making, and delivering best-in-class service across all sales phases (Pre-Sell In, Sell In, Post-Sell In).

  • Develop seasonal business/sales plans aligned with the Key Account Manager and Mid-Term Strategic Plan.

  • Deliver Net Sales goals for the key industry client.

  • Manage Order Book and ensure accurate delivery forecasting in collaboration with Customer Service and Supply Chain.

  • Lead cross-functional GTM coordination: align Sales, Marketing, Operations and Merchandising for each sales milestone.

  • Prepare and manage all sales presentations and KA calendar logistics (samples, PPTs, templates, agenda).

  • Support strategic product selection and planning per category and customer profile.

  • Provide input and feedback for strategic account forecasting and assortment tools (supporting BP & GTM roles).

  • Actively participate in quarterly business reviews, selling meetings and customer visits.

  • Build strong working relationships with key decision-makers at the customer.

  • Report weekly/monthly business status to KAM and support the data consolidation for performance analysis.

  • Track competitor activity and contribute to tactical counteractions.

  • Execute and report on Trade Marketing initiatives in alignment with Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

  • Gestión del inventario.

  • Gestión de los cambios de temporada (devoluciones).

  • Garantizar la ejecución y el mantenimiento de todas las pautas visuales, así como garantizar que la presentación visual de la tienda siempre cumpla o supere los estándares de PUMA.

  • Asistir y completar exitosamente todos los programas de entrenamiento requeridos para el rol.

  • Apoyar en la correcta implementación de actividades promocionales en la tienda entregada por gerencia.

  • Mantener la condición física de la tienda de acuerdo con las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento de tienda en forma oportuna.

  • Asegurar la prevención de pérdida en la tienda, a través del cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de PUMA.

  • Dar apoyo a POSS / AM.

Funciones

  • Responsable directo de la consecución de objetivos de la Tienda (ventas y KPI).
  • Garantizar el servicio al cliente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de la marca y los estándares de servicio de PUMA.

  • Gestionar inventario.
  • Participar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos; puede ser necesario viajar
  • Mantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de Puma
  • Ejecutar todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme para el staff de tienda
  • Responsable del cumplimiento de las Políticas y Procedimientos.
