Your mission
Build and maintain global master category templates and pages (CLPs), PLPs, and PDP aligned to seasonal priorities, franchise products and brand narratives
Own the category’s “always-on” experience (layouts, components, banners, shoe finder, shop the look, SEO blogs)
Pre‑construct scalable CMS components per UDS and organize assets in DAM/CMS for easy regional duplication
Partner with Global Creative & Category Merch to integrate seasonal and campaign assets, refreshing templates for major global drops (e.g., World Cup, Football boot launches, Running seasonal packs)
Pre‑assemble campaign entry points, coordinate global language requests, and ensure smooth handover to regional pods
Provide clear “what can be edited locally” guidance, walkthroughs, and documentation for each seasonal update
Create and QA global category templates (mobile responsiveness, image quality, SEO tagging)
Review analytics to identify weak components, drop-offs, or content gaps
Recommend structural improvements to the CMS team to enhance scalability
Act as a senior point of reference within the Category Planning CoE, providing guidance, feedback and day-to-day support to junior planners and regional counterparts
Support onboarding, capability building and best-practice sharing across the category community and contribute to ways of working that elevate planning quality, consistency and team effectiveness at scale.
Your talent
Experience in CMS publishing (Sanity, SFCC Page Designer, SFCC BM and Magento)
Understanding of merchandising flows (PDP/PLP logic, filters, product data)
Comfortable reading wireframes and design specs (Figma preferred)
SEO, metadata, and content tagging familiarity
High attention to detail, strong communication & documentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration with creative, tech, and merch teams
Ability to manage multiple category calendars and deadlines
4-6 years of experience in eCommerce operations, Content or Category Management
Experience in planning tools is a plus
Category experience in footwear, apparel, or sports highly preferred, high interest in Sports and sporting goods.
