Your mission
We’re looking for a strategic Integration Manager who combines strong technical understanding with a clear business perspective to help shape and optimize PUMA’s digital ecosystem landscape. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into effective integration solutions while ensuring seamless connectivity between ERPs and related commercial platforms across PUMA’s digital ecosystems.
Translate business needs from digital wholesale into clear, actionable technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA and connected ecosystems
Design and optimize data flows and define the integration architecture to ensure stable, scalable, and efficient cross‑system connectivity
Coordinate the technical implementation of new features & enhancements with the respective product owners, internal as well as external vendors and affected business stakeholders
Execute & Support integration testing to secure quality and reliability during rollouts and continuous improvement
Lead end‑to‑end troubleshooting for complex integration issues, driving incident resolution across functional and technical teams
Provide 2nd/3rd level support for critical processes and interfaces, ensuring business continuity
Work hands‑on with APIs, XML/JSON, databases, and SAP integration technologies to analyse and conceptualize end-to-end integrations
Collaborate with global stakeholders to shape continuous improvements in the transactional ecosystem landscape
Your talent
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
Minimum +3 years of experience in IT integration, system architecture, or enterprise application management
Proven track record in SAP integration and related ecosystems. (SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus)
Experience with global rollouts and managing complex integration landscapes
Deep understanding of integration technologies, middleware, APIs, and data synchronization processes
Strong knowledge of functional and integration testing methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities for complex technical challenges
Strong communication skills to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
