Your mission
Support the delivery of Sales Operations strategy through high-quality insight, reporting and analysis
Act as a key enabler of commercial decision-making by translating data into clear, actionable outputs
Contribute to a consistent and aligned view of performance across Strategic Accounts
Ownership of the sell-through intelligence for Strategic Accounts, adding value through analysis of key data and trends in the marketplace
Support the development of a single, aligned view of performance across accounts and stakeholders
Ensuring key stakeholders are aware of KPIs for the customers. Refining and adjusting presentation to support different stakeholders needs
Contribute to consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards across teams
As part of sell-through ownership, analyse year-on-year variances and deep dive into increases / decreases
Support more forward-looking insight by highlighting emerging trends and potential risks/opportunities
Help adopt and implement new technologies and processes across all operations
Support improvements in reporting automation and efficiency to reduce manual tasks
Working closely with the strategic accounts internal stakeholder and to foster strong relationships between customer and PUMA stakeholders
Enable cross functional coordination by ensuring consistent and accessible insight
Utilise weekly intelligence to highlight and identify actions on over / under performing products
Support weekly trading by providing timely and relevant performance insight
Assistance in inventory management through providing regular opportunity reports and stock risk issues, proactively suggesting remedial actions needed
Provide insight to support decision making on stock, intake and commercial actions
Proactively identify daily business opportunities and shortfalls in forward orders
Highlight potential commercial outcomes for the business
Your talent
- High level of commercial and business acumen knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills (structuring, analysis, synthesis)
- Analytical mindset and facility with numbers
- Experience in cross-functional projects
- Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel and Power BI skills would be considered a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Outgoing, open personality with a strong desire to learn and develop
- Self-motivated with an ability to work on own initiative
- Commercially aware with an active interest in Sports and Fashion
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
