Your mission
• Merchandising & Execution Support:
• Support the Merchandising Manager in day-to-day merchandise and product related activities across business units.
• Assist in the execution of global and regional merchandising strategies in line with brand and market direction.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of product assortments for RBUs based on guidance from the Manager.
• Collect, organize, and update competitor, pricing, and market trend information for analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of seasonal merchandising plans and assortment overviews.
• Sales, Pricing & Data Support:
• Support pricing analysis and benchmarking activities under Manager guidance.
• Assist in sales data analysis, sell-through tracking, and standard performance reporting.
• Prepare sales reports and basic forecasts using historical data and predefined tools.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of buying plan summaries for different channels and RBUs.
• GTM (Go-To-Market) & Showroom Support:
• Prepare reports, tools, and presentations to support seasonal sell-in activities.
• Support showroom preparation, including sample coordination and VM execution.
• Track sample orders, deliveries, and inventory for showrooms and key meetings.
• Assist with post sell in reporting and follow up documentation.
Your talent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
- Early career experience (2-3 years) in footwear or apparel merchandising, retail, or a related role
- Basic understanding of retail and/or buying metrics such as sell-through, gross margin, ASP, etc.
- Open, collaborative, and adaptable working style
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic organization under guidance.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Diligence, structured and process-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel abroad when needed.
- Proven MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
