Your mission

  • Manage copy and localization projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets

  • Resolve translation issues, reasons for delays, and identify bottlenecks

  • Act as a point of contact between regional teams, linguists, and product teams to provide high-quality content

  • Propose improvements for the existing project workflows

  • Oversee the team of freelance German copywriters, check the quality of their copy, and improve collaboration with them

  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website.

Your talent

  • Two years of experience in managing localization projects, preferably on the client side

  • Advanced project management skills and experience in dealing with geographically distributed internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in managing copy and localization projects generated by AI (GenAI and Machine Translation)

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional languages is considered an asset

  • Advanced skills in using Excel, Informatica PIM, Sanity or any other CMS as well as any of the translation tools (preferably Phrase or any other cloud-based translation platform)

  • Reliable, confident, and flexible team player

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and user research on English and localized copy

  • Good Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI skills.
