Your Mission
- You provide excellent customer service and continuously implement it on the sales floor in accordance with PUMA values and established service standards.
- You ensure that through effective customer service, your individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability goals.
- You ensure a quick, competent, secure, and accurate processing of the sales transaction at the cash register.
- You guarantee cleanliness and order in the store as well as adherence to all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA values.
- You are responsible for the execution and handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
- You look for ways to improve the flow of goods and communicate this to your team.
