Your mission

  • Own commercial operations and trading activities for PUMA.com direct-to-consumer business

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support end-to-end architecture across PUMA’s global DTC technology landscape. In this role, you will ensure scalable, stable, and future-proof architecture decisions across digital and physical touchpoints. Your mission

  • Manage & optimize marketplace paid media advertising as well as affiliate marketing with large budgets across European markets

  • Ensure that the budget spent in both channels is in line with profitability targets 

  • Develop marketplace paid media advertising (Zalando, About You, Otto, Amazon) and affiliate strategy aligned with commercial and brand goals 

  • Independently manage paid media advertising account for Zalando, About You, Otto and Amazon 

  • Manage affiliate marketing channel and partnerships with affiliate network. 

  • Optimize marketplace content, product visibility, and on‑site marketing placements in collaboration with E‑commerce and Merchandising. 

  • Plan and execute seasonal and tactical marketplace campaigns aligned with broader marketing and commercial strategies. 

  • Oversee affiliate promotional calendars, deal structures, and activation plans 

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns in order to identify new opportunities to increase growth and improve profitability on a daily basis. 

  • Build dashboards and analyze data in depth and present weekly and monthly performance. 

Your talent

  • 3-5+ years of paid media advertising experience (Paid Search, Paid Social, Marketplace Advertising) with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zalando, About You, Otto and Amazon. 

  • Strong technical expertise working hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zalando, About You, Otto and Amazon 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on campaign management experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Zalando is required. 

  • Hands-on campaign budget management experience.  

  • Extremely KPI focused, result-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset to grow marketplace business and improve ROAS and margin.  

  • Quickly grasp KPIs and metrics and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance 

  • Strong affinity with data analysis, analytics tools and dashboards such as Google Analytics, PowerBI and Lookerstudio. 

  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and paid media technical know-how 

  • Ability to brief partners, share insights, present data and strong detail orientation
