Your mission

  • Manage copy and localization projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets

  • Act as a point of contact between regional teams, linguists, and product teams to produce high-quality content in English

  • Propose improvements for the existing project workflows

  • Oversee the team of English Copy and Localization agency, check the quality of their copy, and improve collaboration with them 

  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website.

Your talent

  • Two years of experience in managing projects, preferably on the client side 

    Advanced project management skills and experience in dealing with geographically distributed internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in writing English consumer copy and keeping the brand tone of voice 

  • Experience in managing copy and localization projects generated by AI (GenAI and Machine Translation)

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional languages is considered an asset

  • Advanced skills in using Excel, Informatica PIM, Sanity or any other CMS as well as any of the translation tools (preferably Phrase or any other cloud-based translation platform)

  • Reliable, confident, and flexible team player

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Your mission

  • Plan and manage the product and on-model content production for PUMAs Performance Business Units and work closely with external vendors

Your mission

The primary role of this position requires the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business. This role requires a data-driven mindset, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Task 1: Sales Management
•    Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
•    Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.

Task 2: Communication and Collaboration
•    Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day-to-day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
•    Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Task 3: Livestream Management

•    Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.
•    Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.
•    Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and internal creative teams to ensure engaging and brand-consistent livestream executions.

Task 4: Reporting
•    Maintain detailed records of sales performance (e.g., total GMV, live GMV, expenses).
•    Manage administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing billing documents from various vendors and marketplaces.
•    Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with consolidated summaries.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management and relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. Experience working for marketplaces, enablers, or fashion brands.

Your mission

As a Senior Site Merchandiser for E-Commerce, you’ll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional digital shopping experience that drives engagement and conversion.   • Own the end-to-end DTC site merchandising strategy for assigned categories, driving revenue, CVR, AOV and engagement across all digital channels.  

  • Build and execute data led site merchandising strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes across category pages, PLP’s and seasonal campaign landing experiences. 

  • Translate trading priorities, inventory positions and customer insights into clear on-site execution plans that maximize product sell-thru and category effectiveness.  

  • Partner with Planning, Buying, Content and Marketing teams to optimize product exposure based on demand, inventory health, launch timing and business priorities.  

  • Lead product ranking, navigation, filtering and cross-sell strategies to improve discoverability and KPI's for assigned categories  

  • Analyze daily and weekly performance trends, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively adjust merchandising strategies to hit identified targets.  

  • Own category-level reporting and performance readouts, clearly communicating results, insights, and recommended actions to direct team or cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Lead product recommender strategy. Conduct and present weekly analysis on existing product recommenders, optimize, implement new product recommenders, striving to maximize cross-sell potential. 

  • Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities (A/B tests, new merchandising approaches, UX enhancements) to drive incremental growth. 

  • Lead the internal site search strategy end-to-end, including keyword taxonomy, synonym mapping, zero-results reduction and ongoing optimization to drive product discoverability, conversion and revenue.  

  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, quality, and execution speed, particularly during peak trading moments.  

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for site merchandising best practices, trends, and tools within the e-commerce organization, occasionally coaching junior site merchandisers directly. 

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve site merchandising related functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.  

  • Champion continuous improvements by identifying gaps and recommending workflow refinements. 

  • Research competitive landscape and industry best practices to inform future site merchandising strategies.
