Your mission
The role will be responsible for first- and second-level operational support, acting as the backbone between Data Engineering, business users, and production systems.
Provide end-to-end first and second level support for PUMA Data Engineering and Cube Applications, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Work closely with Data Engineers on projects, including creation of detailed Operations Guides and alignment on deployment and go-live timelines.
Continuously evaluate and monitor data programs developed by Data Engineers in the production environment, proactively identifying performance gaps and recommending technical improvements.
Own maintenance and support of existing BI platforms and systems, with the ability to immediately communicate incidents to business stakeholders and implement rapid fixes.
Manage daily business-critical operations such as monitoring data loads, report subscriptions, and sales reloads to ensure data accuracy and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, minimizing downtime and business impact.
Act as the primary support contact for end-user issues, providing fast and effective resolutions.
Analyze PSP and JIRA data to visualize recurring user and technical issues, feeding insights back to Data Engineering teams to prevent future incidents.
Your talent
• University degree in Computer Sciences or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of experience in working in Cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks, ..)
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining Synapse data pipelines
• Knowledgeable in SSIS and PowerBI
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining PowerBI reports and datasets
• Knowledge of working with GitHub Repos
• Knowledge of monitoring Synapse data pipelines, databases and PowerBI reports
• Familiarity with supporting data engineering and PowerBI Applications in a high-availability and high-performance environment
• Excellent customer service skills, strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must be resourceful, flexible and possesses excellent communication skills
• Capable of collaborating with multi-cultural environment
