Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines
- 2 – 3 years of experience in programming, software development and automation
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including Python, SQL, JavaScript, Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, UiPath, and Power BI
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue), cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in software development and writing unit tests
- Passionate about new and emerging technologies, especially AI solutions
- Experience in mapping processes, developing workflow diagrams, and process optimization
- Experience in a similar role in sporting goods / fashion / manufacturing / supply chain is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multi-tasks effectively
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Your Mission
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows and systems using Python, JavaScript and Microsoft Power Automate
- Design secure, scalable solutions with cloud-native architecture, well-structured API design, and seamless backend integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation workflows and systems
- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure the quality of automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes
- Document automation workflows, maintain records of system changes
