Your mission
- Support R&D engineers with development and testing of innovative golf products
- Assemble golf clubs to support ongoing R&D tests of new designs
- Measure physical properties of golf clubs such as center of gravity, moment of inertia, CT etc to help engineers quantify performance
- Operate test equipment such as robots, air cannons, shaft measurement machines to determine performance parameters of new golf club designs
- Operate rapid prototype machines and prepare samples of models from CAD designs
- Support product design/development efforts by inspecting first article samples
- Procure, measure, and analyze properties of competitor clubs
- Actively participate in the evaluation and testing of new products
Your talent
- 6 months - 2 years relevant work experience
- Prior experience working in a lab or machine shop environment preferred, golf industry experience a plus
- High school degree or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines
- High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to business issues
- Passion for golf and for the product
- Results oriented
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) in an office or lab setting
- Excellent communication skills
The hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58 - $27.37 + Bonus + Benefits
