Your mission
- Engineering resource for R&D teams for product segment engineer is responsible (IE Package sets or irons)
- Responsible for key actions on limited number of development programs under direction of manager
- Execute key development actions of all components of a new golf club
- Create and manage processes for new products and internal logistics under direction of manager
- Limited travel to international suppliers to coordinate development of new projects
- Provides key feedback and direction to A-team engineers
- Performs audits of manufacturing partners to assure compliance with Cobra quality criteria
- Utilize lean problem-solving skills to resolve design and manufacturing product challenges
- Create and revise product component and assembly specifications under direction of manager
- Implement acceptance criteria for new product introduction and evaluate product per criteria
- Create documentation for manufacturing of new products under direction of manager
- Execute testing and analysis for product validation and qualification
- Analyze daily factory WIP reports and direct manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks in manufacturing
Your talent
- 0-2 years of experience as a development engineering working specifically on golf product or equivalent
- Degree in Engineering related field or demonstrated equivalent work experience
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes (investment casting, forging, stamping, painting, etc.)
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 5% of the year
- Experience with measurement equipment and techniques
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
The hiring range base pay for this position is $70,304 - $75,810 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
