Your mission
Manage warehouse operation processes and coordinate between PUMA Korea and 3PL to ensure cost-efficient, compliant, and reliable warehouse and logistics service.
[Task 1] : Warehouse Operation and 3PL Management (30%)
- Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs
- Prepare monthly cost estimates and analyze actual costs vs. budget and forecast
- Monitor warehouse operation processes and identify the most cost-efficient methods
- Manage 3PL performance to meet company business targets and requirements
- Conduct stocktaking and perform SAP adjustment based on stocktaking results
- Lead 3PL contract renewal, tender/RFP processes, and periodic performance reviews
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, and legal requirements[Task 2] : Outbound Management (30%)
- Manage outbound schedules for DTC stores and wholesale deliveries
- Ensure on-time delivery of goods to meet launch dates
- Facilitate proactive communication with relevant teams and take ownership of 3PL management
- Manage monthly MBR meetings with 3PL to monitor/improve warehouse KPIs[Task 3] : Return management (20%)
- Establish and maintain return guidelines
- Schedule B-grade and CS returns, and report results to the manager
- Schedule seasonal returns and set target completion dates with 3PL
- Review seasonal return reports and resolve discrepancies between return orders and actual goods received
- Manage risks related to return warehouse capacity overflow
- Analyze operational efficiency with 3PL and report findings to the manager[Task 4] : Stock Checking and Reporting (20%)
- Monitor daily stock movements, reconcile with 3PL data, and report results to the manager
- Prepare daily operation reports and share them with relevant stakeholders
- Compile the monthly Logistics report
- Maintain SAP location data in alignment with WMS locations on a bi-weekly basis
Your talent
Education : Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Professional : 10~12 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably within the retail, fashion, or sportswear industry, including experience managing 3PL partners
IT Skills : MS-Office, SAP, WMS
Competencies : Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
Functional Skills : SAP and WMS proficiency
