Your mission
This role is essential to the growing Customer Service team in EEMEA Distribution, which now oversees several business units:
- Teamsport
- Sport Promotion
- Motorsport
- Seeding Sportstyle
Its primary aim is to uphold high service standards and efficiency as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Handle and monitor customer orders for all business lines.
- Customer Communication: Address inquiries, resolve challenges, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- System Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP, and MyPuma Biz to execute daily tasks and manage requests.
- Reporting: Assist with internal reports concerning order flow, service performance, and operational metrics.

- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and MyPuma Biz is advantageous.
- Collaborative team spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong multitasking skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.
