Your mission
Lead and manage end to end E commerce operations for PUMA Taiwan, covering PUMA.com and key marketplace platforms, with full ownership of commercial performance, operational excellence, and team management.
Task :1 E commerce Strategy & Commercial Performance: 30%
- Own and drive overall E commerce P&L performance for Taiwan
- Develop annual business plan, sales forecast, and growth roadmap
- Drive GMV, traffic, conversion, and AOV across .com & marketplaces
Task :2 PUMA.com & Marketplace Management: 25%
- Oversee daily operations of PUMA.com and marketplace platforms
- Ensure optimal product assortment, pricing, promotions, and launches
- Coordinate platform campaigns, mega sales, and brand initiatives
Task :3 Cross functional & Department Leadership: 25%
- Lead and manage the E commerce team (content, operations, CRM, CS)
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and regional teams
- Ensure smooth execution from planning to post campaign analysis
Task :4 Operations, Analytics & Optimization: 20%
- Monitor site performance, inventory health, fulfilment, and customer experience
- Leverage data and insights to optimize conversion, retention, and profitability
- Ensure operational compliance, platform governance, and process improvement
Your talent
− Bachelor degree in Business
− 5-8 years of E-commerce experience
− Proven experience managing .com and marketplace platforms in Taiwan
− IT Skills: Window System / MS Office / Google Analytics / 91APP Ecom System
− Language: Fluent English preferred
− Strong commercial mindset with hands on E commerce execution experience
− Proven people management and stakeholder influencing skills
− Highly analytical, data driven, and result oriented
− Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
− Strategic thinking with strong attention to operational details
