Your mission

The Executive, Business Intelligence SEAO will support with regional data initiatives and day-to-day data operations that enable informed decision making, with the broader objective of steering the SEAO region toward a data-oriented organization.

This role centers on backend data management and project execution, ensuring data availability, accuracy, and reliability across multiple systems and markets. The role will also assist in the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports for regional stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, technically strong and business-savvy, with experience managing data pieplines, integrating datasets and enhanching data quality, while also being adept at developing clear and actionable BI reports.

Task 1: Support end-to-end data integration projects, bringing external and internal datasets into the company’s data cube while ensuring quality and alignment with existing structures.

Task 2: Support the building and validation of data elements that reflect business logic, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and ready for analytical use.

Task 3: Perform comprehensive, ongoing validation of data against source systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business logic.

Task 4: Develop and maintain detailed data glossaries documenting each data point including its definition, source and intended use.

Task 5: Support business users to resolve BI-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.

· Conduct a first level check with business users to understand nature of the issue and identify root causes.

· Work closely with Global BI team to resolve issues as required.

Task 6: Lead the development and implementation of robust BI reports based on business requirements, in accordance with timelines

· Review business operations and identify areas for improvement that can be bridged through BI.

· Gather requirements from business users.

· Develop dashboards based on business requirements and best practices.

· Perform testing to ensure data accuracy and functionality as per requirement.

· Conduct training for the end users to enable them to fully utilize the reports/ dashboards.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

Professional:

  • 1-2 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field

  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred

IT Skills:

  • Power BI

  • Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI)

  • Strong coding skills (SQL, Python)

  • Basic understanding of “Azure Synapse Analytics” (Synapse Pipelines; Apache Spark for Synapse, Synapse Studio) and other ETL tools

  • Basic knowledge in SAP

  • Basic knowledge in API

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including macros

Language Skills:

  • English (Business Level)

Your mission

In close alignment with the CBO, orchestrate the definition of PUMA’s future brand strategy: 

  • Translate the company’s overarching vision into a brand strategy that wins consumers, strengthens brand equity and accelerates profitable growth  

  • Develop and introduce a brand-related insights hub to inspire and accelerate strategic decision-making that reignites brand momentum (“think tank”)  

  • In close alignment with the global brand leadership, facilitate the development of the future global brand positioning, architecture, frameworks, priorities and actionable execution plans / toolkits  

 

Lead by example to demonstrate execution of brand strategy:  

  • Identify and manage selected cross-category / cross-functional projects that demonstrate how the brand strategy should be execute across categories / markets  

  • Closely collaborate with the global brand functions that are responsible to ensure that the brand strategy is executed alongside the entire brand calendar and across all categories / markets  

  • Collect bottom-up feedback resulting from strategy execution and provide required strategic guidance / adjustment of future strategic direction  

 

Oversee CBO head office as tactical support:  

  • Act as a senior sparring partner to the CBO by orchestrating priorities, developing and tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests  

  • Be the drumbeat of the CBO to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives  

  • Lead as “connector” of the Management Board area by effectively driving cross-functional / cross-category collaboration and communication  

 

Stakeholder Communication & Management:  

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders from C-level to peers and operational colleagues across the organization to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered  

  • Present commercial strategies and frameworks to various internal parties to drive for high alignment and strategic clarity  

  • Drive strong alignment and collaboration with Global Commercial organization, particularly Commercial Strategy, ensuring frequent information sharing  

 

Team Management:  

  • Build and manage high-performing global commercial strategy team that fosters a results-driven and collaborative culture  

  • Provide strong leadership, development, and supervision to the team, including the definition of clear objectives and resource allocation  

  • Foster best practice exchanges and maintain close relationship with wider Strategy, Transformation and Head Office teams.

  • 10+ years of experience in sporting goods industry in strategic brand roles  

  • Proven leadership experience in agile, fast-paced, international environment  

  • Consumer-centric strategic thinking & problem solving

Your mission

  • Drive the development and review of PUMA’s corporate strategy in close collaboration with the management board, ensuring alignment with PUMA’s financial ambition, brand direction, and long-term growth objectives
  • Contribute to the identification and prioritization of PUMA’s future growth drivers across markets, categories, and consumer segments, leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional input
  • Support the management and assessment of PUMA’s corporate portfolio, including by evaluating and managing M&A opportunities, investment cases, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and business
  • Facilitate and lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring cross-functional alignment, structured input gathering, and financial target setting

Your talent

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar role, ideally with experience in the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Experience developing corporate and business-unit strategies, including market scans, competitive assessments, growth strategies, and strategic prioritizations
  • Profound understanding of commercial and financial drivers, including P&L mechanics, value creation levers, and growth modeling
  • Experience leading complex strategic workstreams or planning processes, driving alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Highly analytical and insight-driven, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills, capable of influencing decisions at the executive and board level
  • Highly committed team player with great passion for sports.
