Your mission

Position Title: Senior Associate-Graphic Design (Third Party)

Position Summary: Support Marketing with ideation and graphic solutions for PUMA’s social platforms – Instagram / Facebook and YouTube

Report to: Creative Lead

Key Objectives:

  • Work with social, business and creative team to create local content relevant for Instagram keeping with global design language

  • Create content for PUMA’s social & ambassadors channels keeping it in the global PUMA tonality.

  • Be in the know of current design trends to be implemented

  • Understand Instagram as a platform for trends / design / content creators etc.

Key Performance Indicators:

Work will be judged on the newness, CTRs & engagement for the creative .

Organizational Relationships:

Internal: Will need to work with the marketing and creative team

Your talent

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • A strong background in graphic design

  • Knowledge of the latest graphics tools and software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

  • Knowledge of current fashion & design trends

  • Know-how of animation

  • Vendor interaction and development abilities is a plus.

  • Should be able to multi-task

Report to: Head - Brand Creative, Social and Influencer

Key Objectives:

  • Content strategy, ideation for key campaigns 

  • Content strategy, ideation, copy for key events, content planning with ambassadors 

  • Launch ideas for new ambassador onboarding / launch 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Quick in thinking and creating content. 

  • Create overall strategy along with the content team for new campaigns, ideas, events, ambassadors.

Organizational Relationships:

  • Internal: Marketing, Communications and Digital  

  • External: Agencies and Media platforms

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience as a social content writer 

  • Should have a strong command of language

  • Should be able to understand global direction and create copy for PUMA India social handles 

  • Collaborate with media team and use their insights for copy for social & digital channels.

Your mission

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

Duration: 6 months

Position Summary: Were looking for a creative intern who can write with flair and think in hashtags. If you have a way with words and a strong grasp of how social media (especially Instagram) works, this role is for you! Expect a mix of good of copywriting, content ideation, and running the ultimate Insta game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, reels, and campaigns.

  • Assist in ideating and executing content strategies for Instagram and other platforms.

  • Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and pop culture moments to keep content fresh and relevant.

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment.

Qualifications & Functional Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Design, or related field.
