Your mission
Create block patterns and help patterns to enable basic block creation and style-specific pattern requirements
Consolidate and validate block requirements across Business Units to support and governance of new block development and updates
Conduct block reviews and market-reality assessments in collaboration with key stakeholders
Provide early-stage technical guidance to Business Units on fit, construction and workmanship
Recommend and validate block selection across styles to ensure fit consistency
Support training and education session on size & fit standards and block usage
Support milestone fitting sessions onsite, providing expert input on fit, block application, construction and pattern execution
Support designers’ 3D workflow by providing technical guidance on pattern and construction.
Your talent
Higher Diploma or above in Fashion and Garment Technology
Minimum 8+ years of experience in apparel technical development, with strong expertise in pattern making, grading, and block development
Deep understanding of fit principles, size & fit systems, and garment construction techniques
Experience across a broad range of product categories, including knits, wovens, tights, sports bras, and outerwear
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in evaluating fit, block performance, and product improvements
Solid cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with Design, Product Management, and Development teams across regions
Experience with 3D tools (V-Stitcher, Style3D, or CLO) and digital workflows is a strong advantage
Fluent in English; international exposure and intercultural collaboration experience preferred.
