Your mission
Reporting to: Senior Manager Merchandising FP EBO
Key Objectives:
Drive in-season trading and performance management, ensuring optimal stock availability across stores to maximize sales and revenue achievement.
Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising (VM) and Retail Operations to execute seasonal rollouts seamlessly in alignment with commercial objectives.
Ensure timely launch of new-season merchandise, with accurate and on-schedule distribution across all designated stores as per the allocation plan.
Implement effective replenishment strategies and maintain optimal SKU-level inventory health to minimize lost sales and improve stock productivity.
Manage RTVs (Return to Vendor) and inter-store stock transfers, reducing slow-moving inventory, improving stock turns, and optimizing store-level assortment.
Partner with the Buying team to align purchases with store-specific demand, price architecture, and strategic priorities based on forecasting insights.
Lead weekly and monthly performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and presenting outcomes in trade and sales reviews to drive target achievement.
Continuously enhance allocation, replenishment processes, and system inputs to improve efficiency and move toward an ideal SKU-level inventory model.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
Graduate from a reputed institute
4+ years’ experience in Retail Merchandising
Strong Communication, presentation and organizational skills
Advance proficiency in excel
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs
High learning agility, open to adopting new tools and technologies.
