Your mission
Accountable for leading the DTC Allocation function to optimize store inventory by product, size and location.
Responsible for initial allocation, replenishment, stock rotation and inventory balancing across DTC stores to maximize sell-through and minimize stock inefficiency.
Leads allocation logic, operational execution and performance monitoring to support product launch readiness and in-season sales opportunities.
- [Task 1] : Lead DTC Allocation Strategy & Execution (40%)
- Manage and guide DTC Allocation team in executing product allocation to the stores.
- Ensure alignment between product launching timing, store inventory level and sales trend (initial allocation, replenishment and stock rotation).
- Lead initial allocation planning by store, product, size and channel based on store profile, sales potential and launch strategy
- Define and continuously improve allocation logic, store grading and replenishment rules.
- [Task 2] : Drive Replenishment, Stock Rotation & Inventory Efficiency (40%)
- Monitor sales trend, sell-through, stock coverage and size availability to identify replenishment needs.
- Execute replenishment and store-to-store rotation to improve inventory productivity
- Manage inventory balancing across DTC stores to reduce overstock, understock and aging inventory.
- Collaborate with DTC Buying, DTC Planning and Retail Sales teams to improve sell-through efficiency.
- [Task 3] : Allocation Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement (20%)
- Track allocation KPIs such as sell-through, WOC, size availability, replenishment accuracy and aging stock.
- Provide regular allocation performance reports and action plans.
- Improve allocation tools, data logic and operational workflows to enable faster and more accurate decision-making
- Support in-season product performance
Your talent
- Education : Bachelor degree or above
- Professional : Minimum 12 years of retail allocation, inventory management or merchandising operations experience. Experience in apparel or footwear retail allocation would be an advantage.
- IT Skills : High level of Excel knowledge / Experience with ERP, allocation tools or inventory management systems preferred.
- Language Skills : Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
- Competencies : Problem solving & Results-oriented & Organized and structured
- Functional Skills : Strong numerical and analytical skills, allocation logic, inventory control, replenishment planning and store-level performance analysis.
