Your mission
At PUMA, Digital & Technology is a key enabler of our global business strategy. As Manager D&T Operational Controlling, you will ensure financial transparency, governance, and operational steering across D&T, enabling informed decision‑making and efficient resource allocation.
In this role, you will:
Own and further develop operational controlling for D&T, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support budget planning and financial steering for D&T initiatives, services, and projects
Establish transparency on run‑ and change‑costs, supporting leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Support governance processes, including business cases, ROI considerations, and investment tracking
Act as a key interface between D&T leadership, finance, and regional stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling standards, processes, and reporting structures
Support regional and global D&T operating‑model execution with reliable financial and operational data.

You combine strong financial expertise with an understanding of technology‑driven organizations and enjoy working at the intersection of numbers, operations, and stakeholders.
This means you bring:
A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Information Systems, or a comparable field
Solid experience in controlling, finance, or operational performance management, ideally in a technology‑driven or corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with budgets, forecasts, cost centers, and financial reporting
A structured, reliable, and detail‑oriented working style
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Fluency in Business English
