Your mission
- Structuring and operationalizing the service/development of the account(s) under their responsibility, in line with the defined strategic plan, ensuring the fulfillment of the Company's sales and profitability objectives, and supporting the brand in the market.
- Coordinate the execution of all stages of the Game Plan with your account(s), according to the schedule defined for each collection, ensuring compliance with all deliveries within the established deadlines;
- Coordinate the fulfillment of monthly plans/goals, collections and annuals of your account(s); ensuring results within the established KPIs;
- Inspect a dynamic management of the customer's backlog, optimizing the invoicing of pre-sold volumes, as well as maximizing opportunities for prompt delivery based on Sell out; ensuring the delivery of the established goals;
- Analyze with the planning team, the weekly and monthly Sell Out of the account(s) and ensure action plans to maximize results;
- Coordinate the receipt of sell out and market share information from their accounts, in the metrics and times established to support the work of the Planning Area; Inspect all executions of brand campaigns with your account(s), ensuring product deliveries on time, in defined volumes (depth) and distribution, together with the Trade MKT team;
- Establish an internal results meeting agenda (and with the accounts), ensuring the main KPI's and future action plans;
- Establish constant communication with the customer service team, ensuring that all necessary information is passed on in the established form and time, in order to optimize the billing processes and OOH/portfolio management.

- Experience in the commercial area in service to medium/large accounts in consumer goods companies
- Excel and advanced Office package (PowerBI desirable)
- Advanced English, Spanish (Desirable)
- Analytical profile
