Your mission
- Own revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned European key accounts, delivering against regional and country targets
- Own the end-to-end replenishment and availability steering for Amazon Europe, proactively identifying reorder opportunities and maximizing in-stock performance across all marketplaces
- Translate sell-through, availability, and demand signals into clear commercial actions, actively steering replenishment decisions to maximize sales while protecting margin and inventory health
- Lead Go‑To‑Market execution for assigned accounts, including line reviews, assortment planning, and distribution alignment
- Partner cross‑functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure on‑time delivery, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
Your talent
- 3–5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles, ideally in fashion, sporting goods, lifestyle, or FMCG
- Proven track record managing Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller) or comparable pure player accounts, with hands-on ownership of availability, replenishment, and in-season performance
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing revenue, margin, inventory, and profitability KPIs
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret Amazon-specific KPIs (e.g., in-stock rate, Weeks of Cover, article profitability) and translate them into impactful commercial decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross‑functionally and presenting to buying and senior leadership teams.
