Your mission
- Manage the budget process to create financial budgets at a store level and update accordingly during the planning cycle (retail stores & ECOM)
- Provide reporting and analysis of retail results vs historical and budgeted figures
- Provide detailed commentary on month end results from a financial expense standpoint
- Support month-end process including reporting, data validation, and calculation of accruals
- Assist and validate new system implementation for testing and go-live
- Assist with the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods
- Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership team
- Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs
- Evaluate new store opportunities and lease renewals including preparation of projected P&L results based on proposed lease agreements
Your talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Retail experience valuable
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions
- Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP and/or HFM valuable
- Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to team members
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information
The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800 - $68,905 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
