Your mission
[Task 1] : Cost management (20%)
Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T1(Vendor), T2(Fabric), T3(Trim). Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency.
[Task 2] Product quality control (20%)
Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots.
[Task 3] Process and Timeline management (25%)
Be involved in all local production process from creation and sampling to bulk production.
[Task 4] Supplier management (10%)
Deliver clear guide and rules to manage all suppliers for Puma Korea, and execute all communication process with those.
[Task 5] Compliance & Transparency management (15%)
Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers and factories. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T1(Vendor), T2(Fabric), T3(Trim) based on clear guideline & evaluation.
[Task 6] Operational excellence (10%)
Maintain operational excellence, such as setting up consistent format, accurate cost forecasting, and calendar management for on-time delivery.etc.
Your talent
Education : Bachelor degree or above
Professional : 4~ 8 years of experience in apparel production / Sourcing & Production experience (Preferred experience in Brand Sourcing Team) (Sports or Outdoor)
IT Skills : Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced)
Language Skills : Business English
Competencies : Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open Mind, Harmony, Positive Communication
Functional Skills : Verbal presentation & communication (Outstanding level is required)
