Your mission
- Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Serve as a connector across the headquarters, helping occupants navigate the building, understand resources
- Manage all front desk operations, including visitor registration and guest check-ins
- Oversee employee and visitor access card programs.
- Triage tickets in the ticketing system
- Support the Central Services and HR teams in administrative tasks such as ordering catering, processing invoices and other duties as needed
- Help plan and execute company events, team lunches, celebrations, and other in-office activities.
- Support general office announcements and reminders using internal channels and platforms
Your talent
- Associate’s degree required; preferred fields include Hospitality, Communications, or Event Management.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace support roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to create welcoming, positive experiences for employees, guests, and visitors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Comfortable supporting in-person workplace operations and acting as a first point of contact in an office setting.
- Availability for an on-site role, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
The hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58-$27.37 + Bonus + Benefits
