Reports to: Regional Visual Merchandiser South
Position Summary: To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space.
Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits
Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs
Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR
A planned journey for the responsible set of stores (beat plan) to be adhered and shared month on month
Key Objectives:
Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld
Plan, order and coordinate for VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for the set of stores.
Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques
Organizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedback
Maintaining a vendor base for various branded supply elements for the region
Fostering VM creativity to front end through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits
Supporting Key initiatives roll outs by covering all store formats.

Internal: Visual Merchandising Team , Sales Ops Team, Merchandising Team and Project Team
External: Execution partners for hangers, Execution partners for mannequins, Execution partners for branded supplies and Execution partners for print media

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Communication / Fashion /Accessories/ Textile Design
Work experience as a Visual Merchandiser including design/ execution
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
Proficiency in Microsoft presentation & excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools
Well versed with best practices of VM in Global industry
Excelling Photography skill
Creative and innovative thinker
Acing Number game- analyzing and tracking of the executions done
A proficient communicator.
