Your mission
Position Summary: Build and scale PUMA India’s increasing momentum of Running and Training franchises while strengthening Puma’s credibility within culture & community.
Report to: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Key Objectives:
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive brand aspiration, consumer engagement, and business growth.
Own the annual brand marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy, local market priorities, and key commercial moments.
Conceptualize and deliver large-scale experiential activations, including events, pop-ups, retail takeovers, and community initiatives that create meaningful consumer impact.
Build, manage, and grow the PUMA’s on-ground community through always-on engagement programs, events, athlete/influencer relationships, and grassroots initiatives.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, creators, communities, and cultural opportunities that strengthen brand relevance and expand reach.
Conduct deep-dive business, consumer, and market analysis to generate actionable insights and inform marketing decisions.
Own performance tracking, evaluating business impact and translating learnings into future opportunities.
Manage agency and vendor partners, marketing budgets, negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Strong internal & external stakeholder management: Work closely with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders – Merchandizing, content, sales, Ecom & Retail teams to ensure desirable outcome

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
4-6 years of experience. Prior experience within the sports, fitness, events is strongly preferred.
Has experience in building brand experiences, community initiatives and has an extreme knack for creative thinking
Strong relationship management skillset
Ability to conduct, dissect and drive insights from all marketing efforts
Budget management, vendor relationships
Proven track record running influencer programmes and delivering consumer activations end-to-end
Operationally reliable – pressure-tested, no task too small, accountable on timelines and budgets
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; clear communicator in briefs, decks, and in the room its, influencers, and retail activation
