Your mission
- Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
- Put plans or ideas into action, e.g. processes or policies, process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
- Supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues, including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
- Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners, Sales subs and LSPs
- Provide functional guidance and direction to others, including onboarding of (new) team members and others
- Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
- Review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
- Monthly KPI review with LSPs/ Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance
- Cost analysis. Support team’s growth of logistics expertise, technical skills and soft skills
Your talent
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or related field
- 5 years' experience, including at least 2 years’ experience in a Managerial position
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry
- Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets
- Strong and convincing communication skills; Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI)
