Your mission
- Manage copy projects for PUMA.com for different PUMA markets
- Act as a point of contact between marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content in English for SEO and CRM channels
- Propose improvements for the existing project workflows
- Oversee the team of English Copy agency, check the quality of their copy, and improve collaboration with them
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify any quality issues across the PUMA.com website.
Your talent
- Two years of experience in managing projects, preferably on the client side
- Experience in writing English consumer and conversion copy (SEO and CRM) and keeping the brand tone of voice
- Experience in managing copy projects generated by AI (GenAI and Machine Translation)
- Experience and understanding of Localization and having different languages and cultures in mind, when writing and managing copy
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is needed. Proficiency in any additional languages, especially German, is considered an asset
- Advanced skills in using Excel, Informatica PIM, Sanity or any other CMS as well as any of the translation tools (preferably Phrase or any other cloud-based translation platform)
- Reliable, confident, and flexible team player
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and user research on English and localized copy and good Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI skills would be a beneficial
