You manage, organize and monitoring testcases for certain projects
You collaborate closely with project managers, business representatives, testers and other stakeholders
You support and coordinate test activities across multiple workstreams
You drive continuous improvements within the organization of test management, including test automation and the usage of AI
You create and share testing dashboards across multiple stakeholders
You support and follow up defects during testing (defect management)
You administrate, train and work actively with test tools @Puma (e.g., OpenText ALM, IFTT, UFT…) and support test stakeholders
You elaborate testing strategies and define schedules in alignment with project requirements
You ensure that everything is properly documented, audit-compliant, and transparent.
Your talent
Completed degree, vocational qualification or comparable professional experience, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
Several years of experience in software testing, test coordination, or test management
You work independently within the aligned rules and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
strong and clear communication skills
Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex testing activities
Understanding of software development and testing methodologies
Good knowledge of test-automation and test-management tools; experience with OpenText ALM is advantageous
You have an Interest in business processes and digital solutions, particularly within the fashion industrie
Interest in test automation concepts and emerging technologies, including AI-supported testing approaches
High level of English language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2)
Willingness to travel
First Experiences with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
