• Conception, realization and administrative support of the AIF interfaces on SAP S4 System
• Good Understanding of SAP ABAP, RAP Programming, SAP AIF, Modern S4 Interfacing technologies like OData, Event Messaging etc, Enhancement frameworks
• Ensuring high quality Application Management support across different levels i.e. L1, L2 & L3 is delivered
• Active development of SAP AIF Interfaces and Object-Oriented ABAP Programming
• Coordinate with global and regional competency teams to share knowledge and be a Subject Matter Expert in AIF and ABAP
• Actively identifying new ways of implementation and keeping the AIF Standards high. Drive and Support POC’s
• Responsible for the quality management during projects and Keeping the system running.

• Previous and practical experience in a comparable position will be highly appreciated
• At least 6 years of overall experience with specialization in SAP ABAP, SAP AIF, SAP Interface technologies

• Consult our business partners in process and solution design with focus on OTC processes for our Wholesale, Retail and E-com Business

• Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders

• Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode

• Be accountable for the evaluation, decision taking, and timely delivery of business demands as per agreement with business counterparts and project manager

• Responsible of supporting the continuous improvement and roll out throughout the project phases, including training, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare support.

• Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery; previous experience within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus

• Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach

• Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in wholesale, retail, and e-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel

• Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems and OTC/Retail/E-com processes, preferably SAP S/4

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments

• Good understanding of integration between POS and ERP; prior experiences working with SAP CAR is a plus

• Perform SAP Authorization work in the PUMA systems and interact closely with internal and external teams

• Support User and role administration activities in SAP systems

• Support in continuous improvement activities for the SAP Roles cleanup

• Support in Roles and Authorization projects like rollouts or continues improvements

• Assist in analyzing SAP ERP Audit topics with the external auditing partners on SAP Systems – SAP ECC, S/4HANA

• Test, Review and evaluate SAP ERP General controls in the audit areas: - Access to programs & data and Program changes & developments

• Collaborate with cross functional teams during SAP ERP audits

• Follow up on audit findings and support remediation tracking.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the SAP projects – experience working in the SAP Roles and authorizations management is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Audit testing methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities for complex technical challenges

• Strong communication skills to collaborate across internal teams and external partners

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

As a Lead Application Service Management, you are responsible for managing and developing external service providers within the Application Management domain. You act as the central interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliance with service levels, budgets, and contractual agreements.

Vendor Management

• Manage and develop relationships with external service providers and vendors

• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships

• Conduct regular service reviews and performance assessments

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations

• Support vendor selection processes (RFPs, contract negotiations).

Invoice Approval Management

• Review and approve vendor invoices in line with contractual agreements

• Ensure cost transparency and adherence to budgets

• Align with Finance on discrepancies

• Drive and align continuous improvement of invoice approval processes with Invoice Application Management Team

• Track and monitor ongoing costs and forecasts in close alignment with the budget owners.

Application Management Support

• Manage external partners responsible for ERP application operations and support

• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and change activities

• Manage and improve tools @PUMA supporting the Application Management Service process (e.g. SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Jira Service Management)

• Control, drive and monitor the external AMS partner and make sure that SLA’s are always met

• Ensure stable and efficient application operations

• Promote automation, standardization, and continuous improvement

• Handle escalations and critical service issues.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management or Application Operations

• Proven experience in vendor management and managing external service providers

• Strong knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks

• Experience with budget, cost control, and contract management
