Your mission
Consult and support a dedicated product Category through the preparation, analysis and reporting of calculatory KPIs at different stages of the collection development process
Analyse and evaluate financial and commercial performance of assigned Category; prepare forecasts as basis for decision making
Proactively fulfil ad-hoc analyses and information needs of assigned Business Unit and of the Finance Organisation
Collaborate in Finance and cross-functional projects:
Manage the monthly closing and financial forecasting process within the Category FP&A team
Independently identify areas for improvement and opportunities in order to submit recommendations for financial and operational improvements
Drive the further improvement and development of controlling instruments, reports and planning tools
Support the further development and standardization of data structures.
Your talent
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial and commercial business drivers.
Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or related business functions, with demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into business decisions and performance improvements.
Strong business acumen and holistic understanding of end-to-end business processes, enabling effective partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and alignment of financial objectives with business strategy.
Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, assess business impacts, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
Structured, process-oriented, and results-driven approach, with experience driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and change initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, combined with the ability to leverage digital tools and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled technologies and emerging digital trends, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and business performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in business English, with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across functions and management levels.
