Your mission
- Unterstützung bei der bedarfsgerechten Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Warenversorgung, um eine hohe Warenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Beschaffungs- und Supply-Chain-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Unterstützung bei der Identifikation potenzieller Liefer- und Versorgungsrisiken sowie Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungsansätze.
- Analyse von Prozessabläufen entlang der Supply Chain und aktive Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie Sales, PGS, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics und Merchandising sowie Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
- Erstellung von Reports, Auswertung relevanter KPIs und Unterstützung bei der Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Effizienz, Servicequalität und Lieferperformance.
Your talent
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Procurement sind von Vorteil.
- Interesse an Supply-Chain-Prozessen sowie eine hohe Motivation, sich in komplexe Warenfluss- und Beschaffungsprozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Analytische Denkweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) sind wünschenswert.
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
