Your mission
The Allocator supports the Retail Merchandising team by ensuring the right products are available in the right stores at the right time. Through data-driven allocation decisions and close collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, and Store Operations, the Allocator helps maximize sales opportunities, optimize inventory productivity, and deliver an excellent consumer experience across PUMA Retail stores in Europe.
Your Mission:
Execute initial product allocations and replenishment to Retail stores across Europe based on demand, inventory levels, and commercial priorities
Monitor store performance, stock levels, and sell-through to identify allocation opportunities and risks
Optimize inventory distribution to improve product availability while minimizing overstock and stock imbalances
Support seasonal launches, promotions, markdowns, and special product drops by ensuring timely product allocation
Analyze sales, inventory, and allocation performance using reporting tools and KPIs
Work closely with Merchandisers, Retail Planning, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to support commercial objectives
Recommend stock transfers and rebalancing actions to maximize inventory productivity
Maintain allocation parameters, replenishment settings, and product master data within allocation systems
Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support business decisions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and efficiency opportunities.
Your talent
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical role
Experience within retail, fashion, sporting goods, or consumer goods is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills
Good understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through, weeks of supply, stock cover, and inventory productivity
Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with allocation or planning systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and countries
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
