Your mission

  • Verificar layouts de tiendas y corners, considerando variables de espacio, operación y mobiliario, para lograr su alineación con estándares de marca y requerimientos operativos.  

  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a la ejecución de renovaciones estéticas en tiendas Retail y Wholesale, para lograr la actualización de los espacios según lineamientos definidos. 

  • Encauzar la relación con proveedores en el desarrollo de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas, para lograr la disponibilidad y cumplimiento de servicios requeridos. 

  • Encauzar el control de la gestión presupuestaria de proyectos de tiendas, showrooms y oficinas a nivel regional, para lograr la ejecución conforme a presupuesto definido. 

Your talent

  • 4 a 5 años de experiencia en proyectos, construcción, planificación de tiendas, fabricación de mobiliario, gestión de contratistas y control presupuestario. 

  • Conocimiento y gestión de proyectos de especialidades (electricidad, climatización e iluminación). 

  • Gestión de planificación de trabajo / elaboración de cartas Gantt. 

  • Software de diseño: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint y 3D Studio Max. 

  • Excel intermedio. 

  • Inglés Avanzado.
