Salzburg – Between Mountains and Mozart

There's one thing many can agree on: Salzburg is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. And how couldn't it be? It's the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, home to a manifold of churches, castles and palaces, and was also awarded as UNESCO World Heritage Site. But it's not all just opera. The city offers amazing food, lakes, and green areas. Surrounded by the alps, Salzburg offers a great line-up of outdoor activities, like hiking in summer and skiing in winter.
