Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a product management role

  • Knowledge of the sporting goods industry trends in the running apparel marketplace, consumer trends for the product line and the competitive landscape 

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)

  • Good presenting skills, including creation of high-quality, accurate and engaging content

  • Detail oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills; ability to work within cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and technical applications

  • Requires domestic & international business travel; up to 20%

Your Mission

As a PUMA Junior Product Line Manager of apparel, you will assist in the creation, execution, and management of apparel product lines in a fast pace and multicultural environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the ideation, development, and successful launch of innovative, market-leading, consumer-benefit driven apparel that aligns with Puma's brand identity and performance standards.

Product Management and Development:

  • Assist and collaborate with the overall POD teams (design and development) to create competitive and impactful product lines and innovations.

  • Assist product line managers in various tasks related to product line management and business operations.

  • Highly organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Data Management and Tools:

  • Maintain accurate and high-quality product information systems.

  • Prepare effective sell-in tools and facilitate internal meetings.

Market Insights and Research:

  • Conduct thorough running and training industry analysis, market research, and consumer research.

  • Stay informed about competitive trends and dynamics.

Global/Business Performance Initiatives:

  • Contribute to the execution of overall Global Performance product line strategies.

  • Adhere to designated calendar milestones.

  • Analyze and report on category business performance monthly.

Product Presentation:

  • Present product ranges internally to PUMA merchandising and sales teams and externally to key retailers and partners.

Detailed Product Briefs:

  • Collaborate in creating detailed product briefs that outline design, functionality, features, and performance requirements for each collection.
