Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s or Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting & experience in eCommerce finance or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and financial modeling.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors and service providers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, and present findings to senior management.
  • Independent, self-motivated, eagerness to grow as professional.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Your Mission

  • Develop and maintain the eCommerce budget in collaboration with various departments (and department heads), considering operational expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to create financial forecasts for the eCommerce business.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze eCommerce expenses, ensuring budgetary limits.
  • Identify areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements and implement strategies to control expenses. Continuously evaluate and enhance budgeting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Generate regular financial reports providing insights and analysis on financial performance, highlighting key metrics and variances against budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with eCommerce service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.
  • Communicate budgetary constraints and provide financial guidance to support decision-making.
