Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in industrial design, Graphic Design, Sportswear Design or similar education

  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for sports performance, ideally Run/Train, and new industry technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to price point conscious products

  • Experience in 3D Design – Gravity Sketch, Keyshot, Substance

  • Consumer knowledge of the European and LATAM market

  • Very good sensibility for materials, colors, and graphics

  • Excellent visualization skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office

  • Very good written and spoken English skills are a must

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Team player mentality.

  • International and domestic travel required

Your Mission

  • Assist the Senior Designer – create designs and technical packages that help lead the PUMA Run/Train direction

  • Create Regional product designs to supplement and fill gaps of inline range

  • Assist in delivery of SMU projects in line with PUMA development calendar

  • Consistently deliver innovative and appropriate disruptive design solutions to meet the briefed requirements

  • Help to elevate the quality of Footwear design content to reinforce, strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand

  • Under the direction of the Senior Designer, Head of Design and Creative Director, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilize them effectively

  • Explore design, trend & functionality requirements and help to ensure accurate use of the latest product technology to gain competitive advantage

  • Assist in launching innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

  • Under supervision of Senior Designer update, maintain design systems and help prepare design presentations

  • Assist the design team in general tasks.
