Your Talent

  • University degree in a relevant field of studies
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in app growth and retention roles, with a deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user behavior, and performance analytics
  • Results-driven, creative thinker with a passion for maximizing user engagement
  • Proven track record in scaling mobile applications, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user experiences, and implementing innovative growth initiatives
  • Highly motivated and strategic thinking
  • Interest in industry trends and competitor landscapes to be able to inform strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and written)
  • Option to relocate to the PUMA Office in Barcelona
  • This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.

Your Mission

  • Own the design of a performance marketing plan for App customer acquisition and retention
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for App acquisition and retention
  • Ensure customer segments are available to target in paid media and CRM
  • Create automated & lifecycle campaigns executed via push, in-app and email
  • Work with Commercial Marketing and App Product Head to ensure high performing creative and messaging
  • Ensure cost effective acquisition strategies, acquiring the lowest cost, highest value new users through targeted paid media campaigns
  • Create compelling, persuasive app store listings (ASO) that enhance visibility, conversion rates and user understanding of the app’s value proposition
  • Develop and implement referral programs, loyalty initiatives and in-app promotions to boost user retention and increase lifetime value
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for user growth and to enhance user satisfaction
  • Be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on a global scale.
