Your Mission
- Directly responsible for ensuring that the country consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, KPIs and profitability through short and long-term in relation to Retail operations.
- Develop local projects and initiatives that elevate the operations of the business.
- Adapt regional initiatives to local needs and execute them according to designated timelines, requirements, and established budgets.
- Ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
- Locally monitor loss prevention standards to ensure inventory targets and information integrity.
