Execute country wholesale merchandising for respective business segment in order to achieve the desired KPI targets (order on hand, sku efficiency, gross margin, sell-through) and to build a solid / safe future platform for the longevity and desirability of the brand. Also deliver the country financial plan by maximizing the sell-through result while supporting global brand strategy. Position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of planning and execution.
Merchandising Process: In line with global product directives, execute country product assortment to achieve seasonal KPI’s. Accountable for local product assortment based on the extensive knowledge of industry and market. Occasionally provide country (DC-account-consumer) relevant product assortment.
Delivering KPIs: Execute local divisional and/or business unit merchandising plan to deliver against agreed country KPIs and divisional objectives.
Market information input: timely provide global merchandising team with market feedback of own brand and competitions including trend, local price information, etc.
Product presentations: occasionally support Sales teams with presentations for their strategic accounts and trade shows.
