Your Mission

  • Responsible for planning and delivering the PUMA Training strategy through training, documentation, tools and processes to ensure store staff development and delivery of excellent service standard

  • Ensure that all staff in consumer facing roles are trained in accordance with PUMA’s Training Standards

  • Develop a training set-up that allows efficient roll-out of training based on ideal global training and development journey

  • Develop seasonal training calendar to clearly identify priorities, reach and training frequency

  • Work closely with relevant team to identify training needs develop store staff's skills and knowledge

Your Talent

  • Over 5 years of training, coaching and people development experience

  • Experience in a customer service oriented Retail environment (preferably Apparel/Footwear)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Intermediate English

  • Willingness to travel (travel to stores, meetings and events)
