Your Mission

  • Drive video content concepting for PUMA social channels (both organic and paid), with a focus on: TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Instagram Reels + IGTV
  • Liaison between relevant teams (social media, creative services, ecom, regions, external content partners, etc.) to make sure video content needs are being met
  • Travel to shoots and work with talent to produce video content
  • Create storyboards and/or example videos to better brief creators and talent
  • Keep track of digital and social trends so that PUMA can be an innovator on emerging platforms
  • Work closely with regions on paid social creative needs
  • Identify opportunities to generate excitement around the PUMA brand through creative
  • Identify new content creators to work with
  • Provide analytical and qualitative feedback to creative teams
  • Write creative briefs for internal and external creatives to execute
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects within quick timelines
  • Track budgets
  • Ensure concepts meets expectations, guidelines, and strategy
  • Project manage projects from the brainstorming stage to delivery of assets

Your Talent

  • 2-5 years of experience working in digital media in project management, content development, or similar role
  • The candidate is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about sports, sneakers, culture, and digital entertainment distribution; social media, publishers, production companies etc.
  • Power user of social media (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, Twitter Video, Facebook)
  • Portfolio of work (personal and/or professional projects)
  • Strong knowledge of the production process
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Final Cut Pro preferred
  • Experience with digital photography and videography preferred
  • Solutions orientated thinker
  • Position involves working nights/weekends and a flexible schedule
