Your Mission

Support the Technical Development team in apparel product fit and development.

 Tasks include:

  • Lead fit reviews, communicate pattern/fit changes to suppliers, and execute style level updates of measurements charts

  • Sample organization

  • Review and measure garments to ensure they correspond with the design sketches

  • Work closely with design to ensure design intent is met on prototypes

  • Attend relevant meetings such as design reviews, proto review/fittings, and line presentations

  • Effectively manage projects

  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures

  • Acquire and share knowledge/skills

  • Understand apparel manufacturing, materials, and processes.

Your Talent

  • College/University student in related field and preferred

  • Fit correct and pattern knowledge a must

  • General knowledge of apparel construction, fabric/trims, costing, and overall manufacturing processes

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to quickly learn a product management data system

  • Ability to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality.
