Your Mission

  • Collaborate with Design, PLM, and Development team counterparts to translate flat sketches into proto samples

  • Responsible for ensuring consistency of fit across product category, including: overall fit and measurement specs, scheduling/managing fit sessions, noting discrepancies to tech packs as needed

  • Create measurement charts from proprietary database, using appropriate Point of Measure standards.

  • Process fit comments in a timely manner to meet calendar deadlines; requesting fit samples as needed.

  • Work with Global Tech Team on the maintenance/revisions of fit blocks.

  • Maintain seasonal calendars and style status tracking charts

  • Track sample send status / receiving sample shipments

  • Proactively look for process efficiencies in our product creation cycle

Your Talent

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Technical Design, Fashion Design, or related field

  • 5 + years in technical design/patternmaking within a product development organization required.

  • Hands on knowledge of sewing, garment construction, pattern making, sizing and grade rules. Fit experience in Performance product, and across gender categories is a plus

  • Knowledge of pattern systems (Gerber, Lectra, Browzwear, etc)

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages at the same time

  • Effective use of Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office applications, Excel knowledge needed

  • 10-15% travel required
