Your Mission
- Define 360 trade marketing specific strategies with a focus on digital trends in the DACH area in cooperation with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales
- Responsible for defining and implementing trade marketing strategies for all key and field accounts together with the trade marketing team
- Set, maintain and evaluate marketing KPIs
- Successfully lead, motivate and develop the trade marketing team DACH
- Lead change thinking into a digital first approach
- Foster an integrated marketing approach in cooperation with communications and production departments
- Monitoring and controlling all trade marketing activities in DACH
- Budget planning and controlling of all trade marketing related costs
- Lead and oversee external agencies together with trade marketing team
- Manage and coordinate respective stakeholders through all cross-functional divisions
