Your Mission
- Define the regional merchandising strategy and ensure, together with Marketing and Sales, that the Global seasonal message is in line with the global strategy and relevant for the local market
- Coordinate the TP and retail merchandisers to ensure that the selected range and retail buying maximise sales, profits and covers local market needs, in line with the Global and Regional merchandising strategy
- Define bottom-up targets and ensure forecast and margins are submitted in time and are in line with Finance’s forecasts and margins
- Define, jointly with the retail merchandiser, the O&O retail buying in terms of collection and OTBs in line with financial targets
- Coordinate the purchasing department, ensure orders are submitted on time, and overall activities are managed properly
- Assist the merchandising team with the pricing definition and related reporting
- Hand over to Sales all the necessary information to conduct an effective and efficient sell-in
- Align with Sales and Marketing for the preparation of the showroom, coordinate the VM’s activities by providing packages and information
- Assist Sales in the presentation of key initiatives to the main key accounts
- Support Finance in providing information related to order intake and purchase orders placed for liquidity plan
- Propose improvements to current processes and provide support for the personal and professional development of team members
- Provide seasonal reports and analysis
- Be up to date with global and market trends
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders (Trasix/ Stichd)
