Your Mission

  • Elevate the brand and provide superlative consumer experience via elements on the selling platform
  • Create and manage the content for the official PUMA e-commerce sites in Europe.
  • Manage, plan and evaluate performance of site content
  • Responsible for relevant, accurate and consistent website content (in all supported languages) by ensuring that content adheres to brand guidelines for look and feel.
  • Implementation of the ecommerce content calendar (on time, budget and quality).
  • Interface with Trading and Global Marketing teams for driving the ecommerce content strategy and development
  • Manage external partners and agencies for content creation and translation.
  • End-to-end management of content projects.
  • Use analytics tools to analyse performance of content and identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rate
  • Constantly improve conversion rate – analyse, test, implement.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team with content where needed for social, emails and other activity and ensure alignment
  • Work with the Europe Ecommerce Operations Team to identify and resolve customer communications issues.
  • Work with global ecommerce team to ensure the relevant product data and photography is available in order to get products live

Your Talent

  • 8 to 10 years of overall experience of which 4 to 5 years are in driving online consumer experience
  • Digital Native who combines data driven decision making with creative execution
  • Previous experience in fashion ecommerce is an advantage
  • Lead teams of 5 to 10 people
  • Experience in managing online selling platforms like Magento, Shopify, SFCC
  • Experience in using tools like Google /Adobe Analytics, Heat mapping , Site performance, A/B test tools etc
  • Managed vendors who provide content and creative support
  • Worked in matrix structures with multiple stakeholders
  • Worked in fast paced organization, with futuristic outlook while having a bias for action
