Your Mission

  • Responsible for defining the 360 marketing activation strategy with a focus on digital trends in the DACH area in cooperation with the Head of Marketing
  • Build strategy to leverage all relevant assets to generate brand heat and drive sell through
  • In liaison with the marketing team build activations plans for all RBU’s and Sport Marketing assets
  • Foster an integrated marketing approach in cooperation with the Trade- and Sports Marketing team
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of marketing activations professionals
  • Set, maintain and evaluate marketing KPIs
  • Lead change thinking
  • Monitoring and controlling of all marketing activations in DACH
  • Budget planning and controlling of all marketing activations related costs
  • Manage and coordinate respective stakeholders through all cross-functional divisions  

Your Talent

  • University degree in Business, Marketing and/or relevant field of study 
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or a similar position 
  • 4+ years of experience in leading a multi-functional team
  • Extensive knowledge of the sports and lifestyle industry
  • Creative thinker ready to challenge the status quo
  • Digital expertise
  • High affinity to fashion/lifestyle as well as knowledge of the respective markets and strong ability to analyze trends (new products/brands)
  • Ability to activate cross functional
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proven ability to effectively liaise with senior management to deliver against business needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group as well as complex resource allocation and management
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to drive team development
  • Hands on and solution oriented
  • Fluent in English a must, proficiency in German is required
